Intro Workshops

Start here! For those new to the Hakomi Method.

The first step is to take an Introductory workshop which is a prerequisite for Hakomi training. Our workshops introduce students to the core principles, topics, and concepts of the method. They provide immersive instruction which includes lectures from the faculty, experiential exercises, demonstrations, discussion, group process sessions, and supervision.

Please take note of whether a workshop is online or in-person and the time zone of online workshops before you enroll.
