Come and join our Hakomi introduction weekend taught in Finnish language in Helsinki, Finland. You will be given a taste of the method through experiential exercises and the theory behind the method. You will be introduced to the basic skills and principles of the Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy.
