Hakomi’s unique application of mindfulness holds the power to invite clients into alternate states of consciousness to process core material. And yet, for many clients understanding and working in mindfulness can be challenging.
This 2 hour practice session is for Hakomi students and graduates to practice honing our Hakomi skills and competencies.

Melissa Grace, M.A., CHT, is a Senior Hakomi Trainer and Lead Trainer for the Colorado and Northeast Hakomi teams since 1987. Melissa received an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1988, with an emphasis in Interpersonal Theory and Group Facilitation. She trained as a coach and facilitator with The Coaches Training Institute, the National Training Laboratory, Conversant Consulting, Matrix Leadership Institute, Matrixworks Group Trainings, and LeaderSmarts Coaching.
This Workshop will be recorded to enhance your personal learning and is considered confidential and for the use of your individual learning only. Workshop Recordings of participants will only be shared with other classmates, assistants, faculty, and staff (on a password-protected platform, view-only, not for download). For Demonstrations, we ask that you volunteer with the intent to have your demo shared in the recording, knowing that you can always ask to have your demo removed. Our basic intention is to treat each other’s personal processes with deep respect, and to maintain confidentiality regarding personal material that is shared during the course of the program.
