In addition to the Hakomi Somatic Techniques for Deepening Advanced Workshop, we are offering a day of Advanced Supervision for Working at the Nourishment Barrier.  Many students in the certification process get stuck on demonstrating working with the nourishment barrier. This day will focus on a review of the nourishment barrier (exploring the barrier, working with the missing experience, and crossing the nourishment barrier toward transformation) and supervised practice.

Limited to 8 students.

Learning Objectives:

• Describe the components of the Nourishment barrier
• Define the three steps of working at the Nourishment Barrier
• Demonstrate the ability to use Hakomi Mindfulness Techniques to clarify, explore, and cross the nourishment Barrier

This workshop is for:

-Graduates of Hakomi Level 1 or Level 2 who trained online.

-Any Hakomi Student or Graduate who wants an in-person refresher on Hakomi Somatic Techniques including the use of touch.
