My intention is to support you in the heart of your healing. Together we will unravel the mystery of your suffering and transform your deepest wounds into your greatest gifts. I offer a warm and compassionate container and a process of alchemizing and coming home to your true nature and fullest expression. I weave together all that I’ve learned to offer a well rounded toolkit to support you at the root; this includes decades of experiences working with horses, apprenticing in reiki, studying with a Buddhist lama, receiving wisdom from master plant teachers and masters in the field of trauma and somatics. I live in a wild and magical place and call on the elements and these sacred lands so I may serve as a channel of healing, honoring you as your own true healer.
