Scott Kelly
ABOUT
Scott Kelly
Scott is a musician, clinical psychologist, and somatic psychotherapist who is passionate about fostering deep self-understanding, self-compassion, and self-leadership, encouraging freedom and flourishing in all areas of life. Scott’s approach is warm and grounded in deep listening, curiosity,
and kindness. Working with Scott, you will be invited to slow down and become curious about your life experiences and how they show up in the present moment through both mind and body. Scott also makes use of music journeys, where clients listen to individually curated music playlists in a deeply relaxed state. Listening to music in this way harnesses the power of music to bring up emotions, memories, and imagery with the aim of promoting a richer understanding of life in the present, healing and resolution of past events, and a deeper awareness of future possibilities. In addition to his clinical work, Scott is also involved in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy work as a researcher and therapist, with a particular interest in the role of music in psychedelic therapy.
