I offer Somatic and Spiritual Experiential Inquiry work for individuals, couples, and groups. I work relationally and value collaborative, authentic engaging which supports healing and transformation of limiting patterns and beliefs through recognition; whether of a gift or a trauma. My work supports personal and spiritual growth, self-discovery, healing trauma and PTSD, and includes mentorship. Resolution of past experiences is possible, making living in the NOW available. In my practice, I draw from Hakomi, Mindfulness, Re-Creation of the Self (R-CS), Sensorimotor-Informed Processing, Spiritual Practices, Continuum and Movement Practices, and Biodynamic Cranial Touch.
