David Javate
I am a Filipino American Somatic Psychotherapist, certified in the Hakomi method of mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy, and certified in Brainspotting. I take a compassionate and holistic view towards healing that is informed by Buddhist psychology, social justice, and a belief in our inherent preciousness and inner capacity for healing and wholeness.
Through a mindful body-oriented perspective, I help individuals understand themselves from a more conscious perspective, and to have a more empowered life and relationship.
