Cedar Barstow
Cedar has over 20 years of experience as a Certified Hakomi Therapist and Hakomi Trainer. She also integrates art and movement techniques, and has trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting. Cedar is also the developer of the Right Use of Power approach to ethics, and teaches and consults internationally. Cultivating resilience and empowerment are particular interests.
