Nova Knutson

Nova (Stephenie) Knutson is a Certified Hakomi Teacher and Therapist practicing psychotherapy and bodywork in Portland, Oregon. A bodyworker for over 20 years, she created M.E.T.A. Integrative Bodywork, an adaptation of Hakomi skills and principles and Re-Creation of the Self’s theory and interventions for the practice of massage, energy work and hands-on therapies. Nova offers training in Integrative Bodywork, Bodywork Ethics, Hakomi and personal growth. Nova brings to her teaching and practice a passion for personal evolution and deep appreciation for the kindness of this work.
