ABOUT

Mukara Meredith

Mukara Meredith has over 30 years of experience in teaching, consulting, and training. In addition to her Hakomi work, she is developer of the Matrixworks approach to working with groups as Living Systems, and trains individuals and corporate leaders internationally (in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia and Central/South America) in this Hakomi-based approach. In her corporate work with Proctor and Gamble, Mattel, The Gap, General Mills and other large organizations, Mukara trains executives and employees to work together to facilitate the change and transformation inherent in groups. Since 1993 she has also served as Adjunct Faculty at Naropa University, teaching Group Process Leader for the Somatic Psychology department and developing curriculum for the Environmental Leadership program. Mukara believes knowledge of groups, membership, and leadership is key to our personal, community, and planetary healing. A Buddhist practitioner for over 20 years, Mukara is devoted to the practical application of world wisdom teachings in everyday life.
