Carolyn Crawford

Carolyn Crawford is a Certified Hakomi Teacher and Therapist based in New Plymouth, New Zealand. She has practiced in a variety of health services and settings since 1979, including nursing, drug and alcohol counselling, and in private practice as a midwife, somatic therapist. (Hellerwork and Aquatic Therapies.) and Hakomi therapist. She has a strong interest in how mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects are constantly interacting in the experience of well-being. The desire to ‘meet the whole person’ has been her main inspiration for ongoing study. Since 2016 Hakomi has been an increasing focus of her work and in 2021 she became a teacher with the Hakomi Pacifica Team.
