The Art of Curiosity
An Experiential Introduction to Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy.
This workshop is designed to provide an introduction of experiential learning in Hakomi. The dynamic use of mindfulness is a foundation of the Hakomi Method. When integrated into the therapy session with unique Hakomi techniques it creates a rapid,experiential access route to unconscious core beliefs and implicit memories that invisibly shape our lives and behavior.
Note: Participation in this workshop counts as a prerequisite for admission to the Hakomi Comprehensive Foundation Module.
Faculty: Julia Corley, Certified Hakomi Trainer, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Massage and Bodywork Therapist.

HOURS: Friday: 6:00pm – 9:15pm
Saturday: 3:00pm – 8:15pm
Sunday: 3:00pm – 8:15pm
