I believe there is more to you than what you’re showing. What’s hidden is beautiful, precious,
and the world needs it.

I strive to understand your personal journey and create the safety you need to heal and grow.

I use body-centered and mindfulness based techniques to unlock your innate wisdom.

I have a special love for working with people facing chronic illness or pain, or recovering from
depression or burnout. Together, we can find a path back to your aliveness.

In addition to Hakomi, I am an advanced practitioner of Relational Somatic Healing, and have
trained in a variety of other touch, trauma, and coaching modalities.
