Morgan Holford
Morgan Holford, has been a Trainer for the Hakomi Institute since 1990. She has led trainings in many cities throughout the U.S. and has taught Hakomi at Southwestern College and Scherer Institute in Santa Fe, N.M. One of Morgan’s loves is to work with Hakomi graduates to help them deepen their skills with the method and become certified. Morgan co-created and continues to teach the Hakomi for Bodyworkers Training, bringing key elements of the Hakomi Method to this population of health practitioners. She provides consultation for other practicing therapists on the inclusion of the body in the psychotherapeutic process. She also designed Embodying Spirit, a series of experiential workshops. She has been a practicing therapist for 25 years in Santa Fe, integrating her trainings in Hakomi, couples work, somatic trauma therapy, massage and the Rosen Method. Morgan brings her deep commitment to spiritual growth and embodiment to her work with individuals, couples and groups.
