I’m an Associate MFT and work with individuals, couples, and teens. Using mindfulness, embodied inquiry, and play, we uncover and heal the deepest layers of experience that shape your relationships and
how you show up in and for the world. I integrate Hakomi with training in psychospiritual work, couples counseling, and various forms of energetic bodywork. Specialities include relationship challenges, men’s work, and spirituality issues.
