Donna L. Fone
I facilitate Hakomi as mindfulness-based assisted self-discovery, supporting you in the process of deepening awareness and creating new ways of being with yourself and the world. I believe in and trust your innate wholeness, wisdom, and capacity for healing; I walk this path alongside you in loving presence. My work as a therapist is influenced by my training in and practice of yoga, Hakomi, Brainspotting, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, somatically-oriented life and relationship coaching, and informed by attachment theory, neuroscience, the transpersonal and spiritual. I welcome people with diverse backgrounds and experiences; currently I work with adult individuals, couples, and older teens.
