I am a 3rd generation Mexican American, nonbinary/trans individual practicing in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have had a private practice for 25 years and enjoy my work very much. Anti-racism, social justice, diversity and inclusion are interwoven in both my life and my work.
A non-judgemental and spacious view of ourselves helps create the environment to heal and thrive. While being in a safe space, slowing down, looking inward, and trusting the process, healing and freedom unfold.
I have extensive experience working with grief, loss, anxiety, trauma, parenting, caregiving, disability and/or illness challenges, family dynamics, LGBTQ+ community, and gender affirming care.
