What is Hakomi? A free introduction to the method

In this experiential workshop, you will be briefly introduced to the following key concepts and see clips of a recorded Hakomi session

-Loving presence
-The attitude of the therapist in Hakomi
-Hakomi’s unique application of mindfulness
-A taste of the Hakomi principles
-The experimental attitude and “little experiments”

This free session will include a recording of a real session with one of Hakomi’s founders and Hakomi Mallorca’s faculty members Halko Weiss.
