Many of us wish for change; change on the personal, relational, or even global scale. Yet change can be elusive. Fragmentation and divisiveness are rampant at the personal, cultural, and global levels, contributing to overwhelm and outright struggle.
How can we actively step toward transformation?
How do we move from insight about what we are longing for toward integrating core transformation into our daily lives?
“In order to answer these questions, we must find ways to embrace our fragmentation, not just through unifying principles, but through unifying practices – practices that bring us together as individuals, couples, families, communities, cultures, planet and universe.” This is the Practice of Wholeness.
p. xvii The Practice of Wholeness, Lorena Monda
This course is based on The Practice of Wholeness, a transformation workbook written by Lorena Monda, Hakomi trainer. It is a guide toward transformation that invites us into greater connection with ourselves as the foundational step toward change. Grounded in the Hakomi principles and utilizing a map of transformation that is inspired by the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine, this 12-month course provides the groundwork for effectively transforming our sense of ourselves and our approach to life.
