The Art of Going Within
A Hakomi Introductory workshop online.
In this introduction, you will learn and experience basic techniques of the Hakomi Method and get a feel for its unique attitude toward the quality of the therapeutic relationship — from guiding clients into self-discovery to studying the power of body-based explorations.
Faculty: Valentina Iadeluca – Licensed Psychologist, Certified Hakomi Therapist, Certified Hakomi Teacher, Full Member of European Association of Body Psychotherapy, AISC and CBT Italia.
