Experience the transformative power of the Hakomi Method, enhanced by an enchanted natural setting in Dordogne in Southern France.
This introductory workshop takes place in a farm nestled in the breathtaking countryside near Bordeaux (Dordogne), in Southern France, and will be partly held outdoors. Nature has an ancestral way of connecting us profoundly with ourselves. We will use it as our ally, as we will venture into Hakomi and get a feel for its warm attitude toward the therapeutic relationship, its way of supporting the client’s self-discovery through body-based explorations, and its gentle way of approaching emotional wounds and turning them into healing opportunities.
