ABOUT

Mia Bolte

Many clients seek support here when they feel overwhelmed by stress, burnout, or relationship challenges. All of them want to better understand themselves better and find ways of upleveling. Using gentle, embodied practices, I help you explore with curiosity and kindness, so you can (re)connect with
your own inner wisdom and truth. My work is especially helpful for those wanting to heal old wounds, navigate life transitions, and cultivate greater self-compassion.

I offer compassionate and kind body-centered psychotherapy in Minneapolis to help you feel more connected, resilient, and at ease in yourself. My approach is rooted in the Hakomi principles and a Masters degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University (where I also taught
new counselors in training). Trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation and mindfulness are mainstays here. Together, we create a supportive space where you can slow down, notice what’s happening inside, and uncover new ways of relating to yourself and others.

If you’re looking for somatic therapy or depth coaching in Minneapolis that blends warmth, embodiment, and skilled support, I would be honored to sit with you. Please call so we can have a conversation before scheduling.
