ABOUT
Hall Nicholson
I am a Certified Hakomi Therapist based in Ōtepoti Dunedin, Aotearoa New Zealand, offering counseling both in-person and online. My work centers on relational healing: supporting clients in softening and opening their relationships with themselves and others.
I bring a gentle, curious, and collaborative presence to our work. I often support clients exploring attachment patterns, anxiety, life transitions, and the integration of consciousness-expanding experiences. My approach is experiential and body-centered, grounded in mindfulness and respect for
each client’s innate healing intelligence.
Before becoming a therapist, I practiced law and mediation. That background continues to inform my clarity, steadiness, and spaciousness while working with complexity, now in service of clients’ inner transformation.
